How to make

Fill a glass with ice.
Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.

Pour in Pimm’s No.1 and ginger ale.
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Pimm’s No.1 and 150ml ginger ale into the glass.

Garnish with cucumber, orange, lemon and fresh mint.
With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut one slice of cucumber, one slice of orange and one slice of lemon. Add to the glass. Place a sprig of mint on top to garnish.
