    Pomegranate Juice

How to make

  1. Extract the juice from a pomegranate.

    Remove seeds from a whole pomegranate and place in a sieve. Press down with the back of a spoon to extract the juice.

  2. Measure into a glass.

    Using a jigger, measure 40ml of the freshly sieved pomegranate juice into a tall glass.

  3. Add sugar.

    Add 1.5tsp sugar to the glass.

  4. Stir until well combined.

    Stir with a bar spoon until the mixture is well combined.

  5. Add ice to the glass.

    Add ice cubes to the glass.

  6. Top up with Ginger Ale.

    Top up the drink with Ginger Ale.

  7. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

    Using a sharp knife, cut a wedge of fresh lemon on a chopping board. Squeeze and place into the glass.
