Captain’s Watermelon Daiquiri

How to make

  1. Slice a watermelon

    Take a sharp knife and chopping board and cut 4 slices of watermelon.

  2. Add ice to a blender

    Half fill a blender with ice.

  3. Add Captain Morgan White Rum, lime juice, watermelon, cucumber, and fresh basil

    Pour in 50ml Captain Morgan White Rum and the juice of 1 lime plus 4 slices of watermelon, 3 slices of cucumber, and a sprig of fresh basil leaves into the blender.

  4. Blend until smooth

    Switch on the blender and combine the ingredients until smooth.

  5. Pour into a glass

    Pour the contents of the blender into a tall glass.

  6. Garnish with watermelon and fresh basil

    Take a slice of watermelon and slot onto the edge of the glass. Sprinkle a pinch of fresh basil leaves over the top of the drink.
